Experience: One year experience serving in an Endoscopy environment as a Registered Nurse

Must-Have: One year experience as a Registered Nurse in an Endoscopy setting

The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, develops a plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and provides direct care.
They evaluate patient progress and coordinate care delivery throughout each patient's episode.
The Endoscopy Registered Nurse develops specialized skills in caring for patients admitted for medical conditions.
They provide care to adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations.
The Registered Nurse is accountable for educating patients and families to foster understanding of self-care beyond hospitalization.
This includes guidance on lifestyle changes that support health and healing.
