We are looking for a Weekend Wound Care Nurse LPN / RN (WCC, WOCN) to join our team, providing support across multiple buildings in a flexible float-style role to assist with weekend wound care needs.
Wound Care Nurse LPN / RN (WCC, WOCN) – Benefits:

Responsibilities of Wound Care Nurse LPN / RN (WCC, WOCN):

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization and the state of Missouri
Complete wound treatments for residents in a skilled nursing facility
Implement and monitor patient care plans; monitor, record, and communicate resident condition
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
Coordinate with wound care providers and oversee nursing staff wound treatments
Provide resident-specific education to CNAs and nurses for wound care and prevention
Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents' care, and implementation of schedules for residents

Some wound care experience preferred
