Client Corporate Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter (Contingent) to support recruiting efforts across multiple corporate business groups.

This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR partners to deliver full-cycle recruiting support for a variety of functions, adapting quickly to changing business priorities.

The Senior Recruiter will bring strong consultative skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to flex across teams while delivering a consistent and high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions across multiple business groups, from intake through offer acceptance.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business priorities, and hiring timelines.

Develop and execute tailored sourcing and recruiting strategies aligned to business needs.

Proactively source and engage qualified and diverse talent using multiple channels and platforms.

Provide market insights and recruiting guidance to hiring managers to support effective decision-making.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in applicant tracking systems.

Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and support different teams as business needs evolve.

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate or professional roles.

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business groups (e.g., Technology, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, etc.).
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including direct sourcing and pipeline development.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence hiring managers at varying levels.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and flexing across different teams and hiring needs.
