We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist for a Full Time role working in a clinical setting. As a member of the health care team, the Recruitment Specialist will help support the establishment by providing recruitment services for the HR department. The Recruitment Specialist will:

Assist with coordinating full life cycle of recruitment.

Post job openings on internal career sites, ensuring accuracy and timely management.

Assist with applicant screening, including resume review and phone interviews.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Support recruitment events such as career fairs and community outreach.

Assist with developing recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles.

Help improve candidate experience processes and communication templates.

Support onboarding experience and new hire check-ins.

Partner with HR and hiring managers on workforce planning needs.

Monitor compliance of Indian Preference requirements for the organization.

Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all personnel policies and procedures.

Maintain HRIS database and electronic records, assists in the maintenance of confidential employee information.

1 year of recruiting/HR experience. HRIS/ATS experience required. High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree in Business or HR Management preferred.

Clean DMV driving record and MACT auto insurance driving eligibility (determined by auto insurance carrier).

The position requires an awareness and keen appreciation of American Indian traditions, customs, and socioeconomic needs and the ability at all times to meet and deal effectively in contacts with Indian health organizations which requires tact, courtesy, discretion, resourcefulness and good judgment in handling functions of a sensitive nature.

AMERICAN INDIAN PREFERENCE:
