This is one of the nation's highly respected construction consultancies with over 60 years of industry leadership who are investing heavily in a new growth phase as they expand their delivery of complex rehabilitation, restoration, and modernization projects as the company expands its growing Building Envelope division.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead complex building envelope projects, mentor technical teams, develop key client relationships and become a trusted advisor on some of the region's most challenging existing building rehabilitations.

THE ROLE Lead the delivery of complex building envelope investigation, restoration, rehabilitation and modernization projects across commercial existing buildings.

Mentor and develop a growing technical team while driving operational excellence, quality and project performance.

Build lasting client relationships, support business development and help shape the strategic growth of the Building Envelope division.

THE PERSON Licensed Architect (AIA) with extensive experience in building envelope consulting, restoration, rehabilitation or existing buildings.

Strong technical expertise in façades, waterproofing, masonry, building envelope systems and repair methodologies.

Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, complex projects and client relationships within a consulting environment.
