Paralegal Assistant

The ideal candidate must have basic legal processes; legal terminology and legal forms; legal research techniques, ability to read, understand and interpret laws, legal documents and other written material.
Review and respond to correspondence from regulated entities regarding compliance with the Department of Financial Services' Cybersecurity Regulation, answer phone calls and voicemails regarding same, and address related matters, as instructed.
Paralegal Certificate.
Two years of experience providing complex clerical level legal support services to an attorney.
Two years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
One year of full-time work experience with the same employer.
