• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by effectively communicating with project managers and foremen. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance, and contributing to cost reduction initiatives.

Manage and oversee the company's vendor relationships, ensuring that all suppliers meet our stringent quality and delivery standards.

Coordinate purchase schedules to align with production schedules, ensuring that materials are available when needed.

Communicate effectively with project managers and foremen to understand their needs and ensure they are met.

Monitor supplier performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Contribute to the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives.

Oversee the procurement process, ensuring that all purchases comply with company policies and procedures.

Prepare and manage RFQs, evaluating proposals and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet the company's business goals.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a purchasing role within the engineering industry.

Proven experience in vendor management, negotiation, and procurement.

Strong knowledge of production planning and cost reduction strategies.

Proficient in using purchasing and inventory management software.
