Corporate Law Paralegal

The Law, Policy and Integrity Department at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Paralegal to join our team!

The Paralegal will support the Corporate Legal function, and focus on corporate governance, subsidiary management, and contract administration, while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the business. The Paralegal will play a critical role in maintaining corporate records, supporting Board and Committee activities, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. You are a detail-oriented and highly organized paralegal with strong experience in corporate governance and contract management. Support the management of domestic and international subsidiaries, including maintaining corporate records and databases

Legal, Finance, Tax, Treasury, HR) and external service providers, including outside counsel and corporate agents

Assist with Board and Committee meeting preparation, including drafting agendas, resolutions, consents, minutes, and notices, and coordinating logistics and materials distribution via board portals

Maintain and update corporate governance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies

Track and manage corporate filings, registrations, and certifications across jurisdictions

Support contract administration processes, including routing, tracking, and maintaining executed agreements and ensuring proper documentation

Perform other corporate paralegal and administrative functions as assigned

Minimum of 5 - 7 years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, with a focus on corporate governance

Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification

Fully Bilingual - Spanish/English

Demonstrated experience tracking and managing a high volume of contracts and legal documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
