Head of Products - Remote

Bank Products and Services group provides a bank-wide product and services framework that prioritizes client needs, resources and capital demands for creating growth, providing TUCE and introducing greater innovation and efficiencies into our solutions and operating model.

Deposit & Lending Group Product Manager is responsible for driving the vision, roadmap and overall direction of the respective product suite and related initiatives. The role requires collaboration across teams, deep domain expertise in banking, treasury and/or FinTech, and a delivery-focused mindset with strong planning and communication skills.

Hybrid work arrangement - on-site Mon through Thu in Kansas City metropolitan area, with remote work Fri. Eligible remote candidates must be located within the United States.

Cultivate strong relationships across IT, LOB, Risk, Marketing, and other working teams, maintaining forums to drive transparency and share execution results.

Provide leadership and oversight to project teams, including setting goals, objectives, deliverables, constraints and issues.

Monitor project completion to ensure goals are achieved, and demonstrate ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives to completion.

Manage day‑to‑day priorities by working with functional partners and providing support to front, middle and back office.

Create clear product epics and requirements, validate delivery against those requirements, owning work from start to finish.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess product performance, operational impact and profit contribution.

Undergraduate degree and at least 10 years of related experience, preferably in Product Management in Financial Services.

Demonstrated advanced leadership qualities and ability to influence and affect change.

Strong management skills (staff, project, product) and ability to direct day‑to‑day operations through planning and delegation.

Strong knowledge of regulatory issues.
