About Us Bridge View Nursing Home is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities Welcome residents, visitors, and vendors with courtesy and professionalism.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Provide information and assistance to residents, families, and guests.
Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with nursing and administrative staff.
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service, receptionist, or concierge experience preferred.
Basic computer and telephone skills.
Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees)
