JBM is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join its executive leadership team and help shape the future of the organization’s people strategy.

You’ll step into a company with a strong foundation and play a key role in strengthening employee engagement, driving organizational effectiveness, and preparing the business for future leadership transitions. Lead succession planning and workforce strategy to support long-term business growth

Drive employee engagement and alignment with company purpose, vision, and values

Build and lead a high‑performing HR team

Oversee and elevate JBM’s Fair Chance Program and related community partnerships

Implement and improve performance management, training, and career development programs

Establish and track HR metrics and organizational KPIs

Act as a key resource for employee relations, compliance, and risk management

10-15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility

Strong background in organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and workforce planning

Confidence to contribute at the executive level with a strong point of view

Build and shape HR strategy in a meaningful way

Make an impact through a purpose‑driven culture and community initiatives

Help guide the organization through key leadership transitions and future growth
