We prioritize preventative guidance, compassionate coaching, and skilled mediation to empower teams and create proud workplaces. We value a healthy work-life balance and seek an Associate Attorney to join our team.

Provide advice to employers on California employment law, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Develop and deliver workplace trainings on topics like harassment prevention and diversity.

Draft employment policies, agreements, and employee handbooks.

Stay updated on employment law changes and maintain organized case files.

Contribute to the firm's blog and knowledge-sharing efforts.

JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active California law license.

3-6 years of experience in California employment law, focusing on advice and investigations.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
High emotional intelligence and rapport-building abilities.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Low billable hour target of 1,100 annually; Unlimited paid time off, health/vision/dental insurance, 401K match after one year.
