Jooble CEO Named one of the Thought 100 Leaders in Talent Acquisition

Dmytro Gryn, CEO of job aggregator Jooble, has been named by TATech as one of the 100 most influential leaders in Talent Acquisition.

This was announced on TAtech website, the trade association for the global community of organizations.

Every year, the 100 Most Influential TA Thought Leaders recognize individuals who bring new ideas and understanding to talent acquisition strategy, management, and technology.

Candidates contribute significantly to crucial aspects, like enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring processes, fostering productive relationships with hiring managers, and adopting advanced talent acquisition practices.

About Dmytro Gryn

Jooble Job Aggregator was founded in 2006 in Ukraine and was one of the first job aggregator sites. Dmytro Gryn joined the Jooble team as a Software Engineer in May 2007 and was the company’s first employee after the two founders.

He graduated from the Faculty of Informatics and Computer Engineering at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. He also received further business education at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and became certified in A-CSM, CSM, and CSPO at the Scrum Alliance.

Over the years, he worked his way up, holding positions such as engineer, Team Leader, and CTO of Job Aggregator before eventually becoming the CEO.

Dmytro has spent 12 of his 16 years with the company in administrative roles.

During his time at Jooble, Dmytro was crucial in expanding the company’s reach into foreign online recruitment markets. He oversaw various processes and team training to make this expansion successful.

As the current CEO, his main focus is improving the company’s ability to deliver more value to Jooble’s clients.
