Job aggregator Jooble has joined Prometheus – a large-scale educational program for the free retraining of Ukrainians – which is being implemented with the support of the USAID Competitive Economy Program.
The program called “A New Profession: From Training to Employment” offers six courses in professions developed jointly with leading Ukrainian employers: lifecell, SkyUp Airlines, Join UP!, OLX, EY and COMFY. Jooble will provide expert support and facilitate the employment of program participants after they complete the training.
Significantly, Jooble will conduct a 3-week intensive course on successful employment for all students, who will receive certificates for completing professional courses.

During the intensive course, participants will implement their own employment plan, learn how to present their skills and experience, remove psychological barriers, learn how to effectively search for a job, write attention-getting cover letters and adapt their resumes to the requirements of the modern Ukrainian labor market.
“I’m extremely excited to share my knowledge and help the speakers understand how best to build careers in new fields. As an experienced recruiter, I see how many opportunities are opening up for those who are ready to learn and make the effort. I’m proud of every student who’s joined the program and found the strength to study,” says Jooble’s Recuitment Team Leader Alisa Lagovska.
“A New Profession: From Training to Employment” program will welcome 800 participants for free training, mentoring and psychological support as well as a 3-week intensive course on successful employment in partnership with Jooble.
