We are currently hiring Solderers for an on-site electronics manufacturing position in Huntsville, AL.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous soldering experience who are comfortable working with electronic components and in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday
4:00 PM–2:30 AM

Pay

Starting at $17/hour

Candidates with strong soldering experience and/or relevant certifications may be considered for a higher pay rate based on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform soldering and electronic assembly work
• Work with electronic components and small parts
• Follow production instructions and assembly requirements
• Perform wiring and component installation as needed
• Support the assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical products
• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the production process

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months to 1 year of soldering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work with small electronic components
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, hand soldering, SMT, through-hole soldering, rework, wiring, or cable assembly is a plus.

Soldering certifications are also a plus and may be considered when determining pay.
