Institutional Equity Sales Team Coordinator / Sales Assistant Join a leading team in the dynamic world of institutional equity sales! We are seeking an energetic, highly organized individual to support our client's busy Sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding client service. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of capital markets activity, contributing directly to client engagement and operational excellence. Job Details: Duration: Permanent FTE Pay Rate: $75,000 W2 Location: Hybrid 3-4x a week onsite in NY Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing, formatting, and distributing daily market and sales notes to institutional clients. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, conference calls, and Zoom meetings. Log and maintain records of client interactions, meetings, and outreach activities. Manage meeting requests and send calendar invitations for sales professionals and clients. Support conference planning, client meeting allocations, and corporate access events. Produce and distribute daily and weekly calendars detailing upcoming corporate access events and meetings. Generate and maintain client model requests and related tracking reports. Prepare daily corporate access reports for trading and sales teams. Compile and distribute client readership and engagement reports. Maintain and update client databases, contact information, and CRM records. Process expense reports and assist with administrative documentation. Coordinate special projects and provide general administrative support to the Institutional Equity Sales team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Prior experience in financial services, sales support, executive administration, or a related field is preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Zoom and Word. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues and clients.
