Hiring Immediately Production Associate
Aerotek is partnering with a leading electronics manufacturer to hire Production Associates. This is your chance to work with cutting-edge technology in a modern, climate-controlled facility while building a stable, long-term career.
What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you will support the manufacturing of PCB/PCBA boards and server systems across multiple production stages:
- Operate and monitor SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines
- Load/unload component reels and maintain continuous production flow
- Support PTH insertion and wave soldering processes
- Assemble PCB boards into server boxes using hand & power tools
- Perform testing on completed server units (pass/fail)
- Follow on-screen instructions and build specifications
- Maintain production quality, accuracy, and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of work history (any field)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills (5th-grade level)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to work overnight shifts + optional overtime
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly
- Familiarity with SMT, PCB/PCBA, or machine operation
- Experience using hand and power tools

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
