Accounting Manager

This role involves leading a team of accountants in a collaborative environment focused on driving process improvements and supporting organizational initiatives. The Accounting Manager will coordinate the monthly close process, review financial statements, and ensure compliance reporting while participating in ERP implementation projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Review financial statements and monitor intercompany balances to maintain compliance. Support audits and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Participate in ERP implementation and system improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency. Provide leadership and mentorship to plant accountants and bookkeeping functions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required for this position. 5-7 years of related experience, including public accounting and manufacturing industry experience.
