- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site policies.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.
- Monitor entry points, check credentials when required, and assist with visitor processing and/or employee access procedures in accordance with location guidelines.
- Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, completing routine reports, and following Allied Universal standards for assigned patrol duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
