Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM; Tue 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM; Sat 08:45 AM - 02:15 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site policies. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention. Monitor entry points, check credentials when required, and assist with visitor processing and/or employee access procedures in accordance with location guidelines. Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, completing routine reports, and following Allied Universal standards for assigned patrol duties. Minimum Requirements Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
