Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic tech and media location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, guests, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to supervisors and/or local contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, production spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and assist with controlling access to restricted or sensitive areas. Support day-to-day operations at a fast-paced media and technology-focused location by observing for disruptions, assisting with directional needs, and reporting maintenance, life-related, and/or security-related issues. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
