Are you someone who enjoys meaningful conversation and spending time outdoors? We’re seeking a compassionate volunteer to build connection and companionship with an adult living in a residential care setting in the Kent area.

About the Opportunity:

Spend relaxed, one-on-one time chatting and getting to know someone
Enjoy fresh air together on a porch or outdoor space
Help reduce isolation and brighten someone’s day through conversation and presence

Location:

Adult family home setting in Kent, WA

Schedule & Commitment:

Flexible daytime visits
Frequency based on volunteer availability

Ideal Volunteer:

Friendly, patient, and a good listener
Interested in building genuine connections
Comfortable with a low-key, conversational visit

Training & Support:

Orientation and support provided
Ongoing guidance from volunteer coordinators
