We are seeking a Tigrinya‑speaking volunteer to provide warm, one‑to‑one companionship to an older adult living in Des Moines. This role is ideal for someone who values cultural connection and meaningful conversation.

About the Participant

Volunteer Role

• • Provide in‑person companionship in Tigrinya
  • Engage in conversation and culturally familiar activities
  • Support social connection and emotional well‑being
  • Offer a calm, respectful presence during visits

Volunteer Preferences
