Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite in patients' homes, allowing for a comfortable and familiar setting conducive to healing. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, engaging directly with patients one-on-one. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility and function.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy techniques including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, emphasizing techniques to support ongoing health and wellness.
• Document patient progress and outcomes thoroughly in our health information systems to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to review and refine treatment protocols, enhancing collective knowledge and patient outcomes.
• Stay updated with contemporary research and innovations in physical therapy practices, integrating appropriate methods into daily activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will range from post-operative orthopedic patients seeking to regain strength and function to individuals managing chronic conditions that affect their ability to move. This role requires a strong interpersonal connection with patients, helping them through their physical struggles while providing emotional support and encouragement.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Nevada PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• Strong commitment to enhancing patient mobility and quality of life.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in outpatient physical therapy settings, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
