Perfect Balance Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Henderson, Nevada. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from orthopedic issues, particularly those involving joint, spine, and soft tissue conditions. Work Environment

Your role will primarily be based onsite in a home care setting, where you will work directly with patients in the comfort of their own living environments. This unique setting allows for personalized care planning that reflects the real-life challenges faced by each patient. You'll enjoy a regular Monday through Friday schedule with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess physical performance and diagnose movement dysfunction.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies, tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Implement therapy sessions that incorporate active patient participation, ensuring clear communication and instruction throughout the process.
• Regularly reassess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to adapt to their evolving needs.
• Document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records in our electronic health system to support continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families on self-management strategies and preventive care, promoting long-term health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients aiming to recover from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. This includes but is not limited to post-operative care for joint replacements, rehabilitation for sports injuries, and managing conditions such as arthritis. You will work collaboratively with patients to set realistic goals and provide them with the tools they need to achieve and maintain their health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is a minimum requirement; however, candidates with a Master's degree or higher are preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster compassionate relationships with patients and their families.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to adapt treatment plans as necessary.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly preferred.
• Experience with evidence-based practices in rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with home health care practices and patient management in a home environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual compensation ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
