Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' mobility, strength, and functional capabilities to create individualized recovery plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities to maximize patient outcomes.
• Regularly assess and track patient progress, making necessary modifications to treatment plans to ensure continued recovery.
• Provide clear and thorough education to patients and their families regarding home exercises, safety precautions, and overall health improvement strategies.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our organization to optimize care coordination and overall patient success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation from joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license or license eligibility to practice in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits
