Work Environment

The position is located onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Henderson, Nevada, a community known for its beautiful landscape and vibrant lifestyle. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. The facility is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technology and tools, creating an ideal setting for delivering effective physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions to determine diagnostic needs and treatment efficacy.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans focusing on restoring mobility, improving strength, and enhancing functional capabilities.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based rehabilitation methodologies tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide specialized care for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, ensuring they transition safely and efficiently through post-operative rehabilitation.
• Educate patients about injury prevention strategies, proper movement mechanics, and home exercise regimens to encourage ongoing wellness.
• Collaborate effectively with orthopedic physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and overall care quality.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, tracking progress in compliance with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired rehabilitation goals.

This role will focus on a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, individuals rehabilitating post-surgery from orthopedic procedures, and patients managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of Nevada.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy is preferred).
• A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic or outpatient physical therapy is required.
• A strong commitment to patient care and rehabilitation practices with an eagerness to continue personal and professional growth.

Preferred Experience
