Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, utilizing both subjective assessments and physical examinations to identify functional impairments and create effective treatment plans.
• Design and implement personalized therapy sessions that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and education to assist patients in achieving their recovery goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress through electronic health records (EHR), ensuring continuity of care and optimizing treatment modalities based on patient responses.
• Educate patients on best practices for injury prevention, wellness strategies, and home exercises, equipping them with knowledge to maintain their health and prevent re-injury.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional teams to discuss patient cases and determine the most appropriate care approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized program (Master's or Doctorate preferred).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary between $95,000 and $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
