Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities to identify rehabilitation needs and mobility challenges.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based techniques to optimize functional recovery.
• Deliver a variety of therapies including hands-on manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education for self-management.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within our Raintree database to ensure compliance with clinic standards and facilitate effective communication among team members.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitative procedures and lifestyle adjustments aimed at preventing further injury.
• Monitor patient progress closely and adjust therapy routines as needed to improve outcomes and enhance the recovery process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize rehabilitation strategies for comprehensive patient management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with an emphasis on orthopedic practices.
• Possession of an active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Nevada.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and generous paid time off policies ranging from 2 to 3 weeks per year, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
