Expanding Balance Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in a dynamic orthopedic outpatient clinic located in Henderson, Nevada. Work Environment

This role will be performed onsite in our friendly and engaging rehabilitation center, where we foster a culture of collaboration and support among our staff. Our team includes a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals committed to patient-centered care. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing essential services to our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient's mobility, strength, and physical function, developing a deep understanding of their individual needs and circumstances.
• Design and implement customized treatment strategies that align with the best practices in orthopedic rehabilitation, utilizing a range of modalities including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other advanced rehabilitation techniques.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and monitor patient response to treatments, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within our practice management system, Raintree, to track patient progress and enhance communication within the care team.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs to encourage active participation in their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate regularly with your peers and attend weekly case review meetings to discuss complex patient cases and strategize effective treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve an orthopedic patient population, which may include individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our goal is to empower patients to regain their strength and function while providing a compassionate and supportive rehabilitation experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada.
• A strong commitment to upholding high standards of patient care and professional ethics.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings, particularly with orthopedic patients.
• Experience with Raintree software or similar practice management tools is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
