Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and health history to design individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities aimed at improving mobility and reducing pain.
• Educate and encourage patients in their rehabilitation journey, providing insights on self-care techniques and long-term wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to keep track of information efficiently.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure holistic treatment plans are in place.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
