Work Environment

This role is on-site in Boulder City, NV, where you will primarily conduct therapy sessions in the homes of our patients. Weekend treatments may be included based on patient scheduling. With a structured work week from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will enjoy a balanced work-life dynamic while being part of a supportive and inviting team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patient mobility, physical function, and range of motion.
• Design and implement personalized treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Regularly document and monitor patient progress in the Raintree system, ensuring adherence to our clinic's guidelines.
• Educate patients and their families on home care strategies, injury prevention, and rehabilitation techniques for continued recovery.
• Continuously revise treatment plans based on patient feedback and recovery advancements to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
