Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, providing home care services to patients throughout the Henderson area. You will be working closely with a team of healthcare professionals in a setting that promotes patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities, movement patterns, and limitations, ensuring a thorough understanding of their conditions.
• Develop tailored treatment plans incorporating personalized goals aligned with evidence-based practices, targeting short-term and long-term rehabilitation objectives.
• Implement hands-on therapeutic interventions including manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions, while utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Document patient progress accurately using Raintree EMR software, diligently adhering to all clinic policies and compliance standards required by state and federal regulations.
• Instruct patients and their families on rehabilitation plans, home exercise programs, and effective prevention strategies to promote ongoing health and wellness.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to maximize rehabilitation outcomes and ensure optimal patient success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population at Back To Health Physical Therapy primarily consists of individuals with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will work with diverse age groups, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each patient. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution, demonstrating a commitment to advanced knowledge in physical therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits
