Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, mobility, and rehabilitation needs, integrating clinical findings with patient history.
• Design and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing the latest evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with each patient's health goals and lifestyle.
• Implement and administer various therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and strategies for injury prevention to promote ongoing wellness.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously in the Raintree system, adjusting treatment plans as needed to enhance recovery and optimize outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards, reinforcing a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, enhancing the overall patient experience and outcomes.

Qualifications
