Work Environment

This position is entirely onsite within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities located in the highly sought-after Green Valley area of Henderson, NV. Each facility is equipped with the latest technology and tools that aid clinicians in delivering holistic care. With a collaborative atmosphere that encourages teamwork among a multidisciplinary staff, you will work alongside physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Travel to 1-2 locations within the Green Valley area to deliver patient-centric physical therapy treatments and evaluations as scheduling demands.
• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess patient needs and establish individualized, evidence-based treatment plans designed to address specific limitations and goals.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and neuromuscular re-education to enhance functional mobility and reduce pain and dysfunction.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and self-management strategies to enhance recovery and promote long-term wellness.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with all state and federal regulations, ensuring complete and accurate patient records.
• Collaborate regularly with a variety of healthcare providers—including physicians and specialty surgeons—to ensure the coordination of integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic issues, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and various neuromuscular conditions. Our clientele includes active individuals ranging from athletes to everyday patients seeking to regain mobility and manage pain. The adaptability of our floating role allows for tailored approaches to each patient, enhancing their rehabilitation experience through personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada is required.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement tailored treatment plans for a variety of patients based on clinical evaluations.
• A commitment to advancing patient care through ongoing education and professional development.
• A collaborative spirit and flexibility in adjusting to new clinical environments and patient populations.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience working as a physical therapist, preferably in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documenting patient care and treatment outcomes.
• A passion for patient advocacy and achieving meaningful recovery milestones for clients.
• Experience with evidence-based interventions and a strong understanding of best practices in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
