Work Environment

The Floater Physical Therapist will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities located in the vibrant Green Valley area of Henderson, NV. Our centers are equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies and a variety of resources to support patient success. The position involves traveling between one to two clinic locations, where you will work in a dynamic environment alongside various multidisciplinary teams, enhancing collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel between one to two clinic locations as assigned, delivering high-quality patient care in diverse settings.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and advanced modalities to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients about injury prevention, proper posture, ergonomics, and management techniques to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation for each patient visit, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate closely with referring physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to facilitate continuity of care and optimize rehabilitation outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Floater Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions arising from sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
