Work Environment

The position of Physical Therapist is an onsite role, focusing on home care services. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain calibrated communication with orthopedic physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans and share updates on patient progress.
• Document all patient interactions and outcomes diligently within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring accuracy for continuity of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in orthopedic physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, acute injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications
