Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, medical history, and overall health to formulate effective, tailored treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education designed to enhance recovery.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans based on patient response and needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies that promote self-management and long-term wellness.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately in line with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress and integrate a multidisciplinary approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Keep Moving Forward Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with outpatient orthopedic patients ranging from athletes to elderly individuals who require rehabilitation due to surgery, injury, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required. Candidates with a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy are highly preferred.
• Active Nevada state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and a commitment to maintaining patient-centered care practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is ideal.

Compensation and Benefits
