Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient's physical condition, taking into account their functional abilities and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Plans may incorporate hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises like postural training, gait training, and the application of modalities such as heat, ice, or electrical stimulation.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at alleviating pain and restoring function. This may include joint mobilization or specific strength training protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics and injury prevention techniques to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Monitor and document patients' progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, staying compliant with health regulations and ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
