Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient office located in the beautiful Boulder City, Nevada, a community known for its scenic views and outdoor activities. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and a team-oriented culture that emphasizes open communication and professional development. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient's mobility and physical function, integrating clinical insights to create effective treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of the patient, fostering their recovery journey.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation interventions to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Document patient progress meticulously using Raintree software, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
• Provide education to patients and their families on home care practices, injury prevention strategies, and exercises to enhance recovery.
• Adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and progress, maintaining an ongoing dialogue to optimize recovery.

Our patient population primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Nevada is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
