Global HR Business Partner Early/Late CVRM

AstraZeneca seeks a senior Global HR Business Partner to develop and execute people strategies for Early and Late CVRM organizations across nine countries. Based in Boston, the role partners with executives to build workforce capabilities, drive organizational effectiveness, and support delivery of cardiovascular medicines.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve HR and people strategy across Early and Late CVRM covering workforce planning and talent management
• Partner with HR centers of expertise to design and deliver tailored HR solutions within agreed scopes and budgets
• Provide executive coaching and guidance to senior leaders on people management and innovation readiness
• Coach and support managers on policy application, complex HR issues, and employee relations compliance
• Use HR analytics and organizational data to inform decisions and evaluate program impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 10 years HR experience in large, global, matrixed organizations
• Significant HR Business Partner or client-facing HR role experience
• Demonstrated expertise leading HR and people strategy development with measurable results
• Strong HR analytics and organizational data skills
• Deep knowledge of employment law, policy, and risk management
• Ability to travel to meet leadership teams and employees globally

Compensation: $172,347.20 - $258,520.80 base
