Join us to be part of a culture that drives meaningful results.About the Opportunity:MarketOnce is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to sit at the intersection of business strategy and technical delivery. This role is ideal for a seasoned analyst with experience supporting large-scale consumer and commercial products, working within the full SDLC process, from planning, through execution and deployment. You'll be the person who takes a business objective, builds clear solutions, and packages it into a structured, actionable plan that engineering team can execute against to ensure successful project delivery.You'll work closely with matrixed, cross-functional teams and stakeholders, to ensure business requests are grounded in a clearly defined objective, has measurable success criteria, and is documented to a standard that can be handed off to engineering and presented to leadership. The ideal candidate is someone who gets energized by bringing structure to ambiguity, focused on internal and external customers, and takes pride delivering industry-leading digital experiences.What You'll Do:Lead discovery conversations with business stakeholders to define the problem being solved, the desired outcome, and how success will be measured, ensuring business objective is always the primary focusTranslate business needs into well-structured features, requirements, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, context, and commentary that gives engineering the full picture, not just the askCollect and implement customer feedback to drive iterative improvements along with design and prioritization decisionsFacilitate backlog reviews, refinement, prioritization and sprint planningSupport Product team in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring clear communication between the technical team and stakeholdersTrack sprint progress, velocity, and manage the sprint backlogEnsure that the team follows Agile principles and practices and removes obstacles that may impede the team's progressOwn the creation and submission of tickets in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools, with a strong command of how to structure work through ticket hierarchy, scaled appropriately for small, medium, and large initiativesEstablish and champion consistent ticket standards across teams, including how to frame scope, define risks and dependencies, and write acceptance criteria that support successful project deliveriesMaintain project documentation in Confluence to support planning and execution processes, standardization, and knowledge sharing across delivery teamsFrame up and package projects and business requests that clearly articulate business value, scope, and objectives before work enters the delivery pipelineSupport the creation of business cases in partnership with product liaisons and business stakeholders — including quantifying business value, identifying risks and dependencies, and building the narrative needed to gain leadership alignmentEnsure deliverables and artifacts are understandable to all levels of the business and leadershipServe as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, product liaisons, engineering, and delivery teams — translating across contexts without losing fidelityManage multiple concurrent projects and feature tracks simultaneously, keeping each moving through discovery and definition without bottlenecksSupport process standardization efforts across the BA practice and delivery workflowWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field6–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior BA, in growing, matrixed technical environment. Ideally in a consumer and commercial product environment; Market Research industry experience is a plusDeep fluency in Agile methodology and the full SDLC — you understand how software gets built, what engineers need to start work, and where requirements break down in practiceHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable work management tools; working knowledge of Atlassian Confluence for documentation and process managementDemonstrated ability to write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are precise, complete, and usable — not just placeholdersExperience supporting business case development, including articulating business value and defining measurable success criteriaComfortable managing ambiguity across multiple work streams and stakeholders without losing detail or momentumStrong communication and facilitation skills — you can run a discovery session, synthesize outputs, and present findings to both technical and executive audiencesCertifications are a plusCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similarCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or similarProject Management Professional (PMP) or similarWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary: $116,000-$145,000/yearFlexible vacation policy – take the time you need to rechargeComprehensive health, vision & dental insurance401k with company contributionBeautiful downtown Denver office with company-paid commuter benefits (parking or RTD EcoPass)Opportunity for career progression with plenty of room for personal growthWhat to Expect:1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter2nd Round: 45-minute virtual interview with the Hiring Manager3rd Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring TeamPlease note that we are fully onsite work environment, and require daily presence at our LoDo/Union Station office.
