Senior Business Analyst

Salary: $98,000 - 130,409 per year Requirements:

• Strong expertise in business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker for dashboard creation and reporting
• Solid proficiency with SQL databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, along with query tuning and database design
• Advanced experience with analytics and automation tools such as R, Python, VBA, Bash, and Talend for ETL workflows
• Familiarity with SDLC practices and Agile project delivery methods
• Demonstrated ability to perform requirements analysis, data modeling, visualization, and interpretation of complex datasets
• Experience working with linked data and combining multiple data sources to generate meaningful insights
• Proficiency with Excel for analysis and report or dashboard development
• Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle analysis and continuous improvement in analytics projects

• Partner with stakeholders to elicit and assess business needs, then convert them into technical requirements for data models and dashboards
• Build, update, and support reports and interactive dashboards using reporting and visualization tools
• Carry out detailed data analysis using SQL, R, Python, VBA, and ETL processes across varied data sources
• Design database structures to improve storage efficiency and streamline data retrieval
• Support the full software development lifecycle and help ensure Agile best practices are followed
• Analyze complex datasets using advanced methods to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Produce documentation, including process flows in Visio, and keep thorough records of analysis and dashboard work
• Work with cross-functional teams to advance business intelligence initiatives and improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
