Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of individuals, particularly those with co-occurring medical issues such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. Many of our patients are navigating complex psychosocial challenges, and your expertise will be crucial in helping them achieve better mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health needs for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of integrated care.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with patients and collaborative work with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The McCann Behavioral and Psychological Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to new hires. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
