As a Health Insurance Agent at Policy Guardian, your primary focus will be building relationships, conducting consultations, and offering personalized health insurance solutions to meet clients' needs. What You'll Do

• Take live inbound calls from prospects who already need coverage
• Present clients with information on our plans and products
• Discuss supplemental coverage with clients
• Track pipeline, activity, and commissions in real time on our CRM platform

Requirements

• Must have an Active Health & Life license in five or more states.
• Health insurance sales experience over the phone is required
• You've sold insurance at a high-level before
• Be self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn
