Our team came from Bybit ($2B+ in ARR), Blur (the largest NFT marketplace on Ethereum, valued at $1B) and Thirdweb (the No. 1 Agent infrastructure in crypto, backed by Coinbase, Haun Ventures and Shopify). We had successful exits from $1B to $100B: token launches, acquisitions and IPO. We would love to have a Head of Business Development joining our small team, identify and develop strategic partnerships with affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and community leaders across the US to drive new user acquisition and trading activity. We work hard. We have fun! We are looking forward to meeting you! Qualifications Have 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the crypto ecosystem. Possess a strong understanding of US market dynamics, with an existing network in the crypto or digital community. Are entrepreneurial, result-driven, and capable of navigating ambiguity and adapting strategies based on market response. Have hands-on experience executing growth strategies and working cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, and product teams.
