Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to create your individualized work schedule while serving clients in an outpatient care model. Our office is operational from Monday through Saturday, enabling you to maintain a balanced work-life synergy. We facilitate in-house credentialing and provide management of your insurance participation and scheduling, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of the Licensed Mental Health Therapist include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Developing and implementing graduate-level clinical social work/counseling interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.
\n
• Engaging in regular communication with interdisciplinary staff regarding assessment results, treatment interventions, and overall client care through documentation and collaborative meetings.
\n
• Exhibiting the skills required to address the physical, psychological, social, and safety needs of a diverse patient population across all age groups.
\n
• Managing a caseload of patients with ongoing case management, including consultation and collaboration with other healthcare professionals and community resources.
\n
• Completing comprehensive documentation in an ethical and timely manner as dictated by departmental requirements.

• Providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and employing other evidence-based treatment modalities to assist clients in executing their personalized service plans.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active license as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW sanctioned by the state of California.

• Experience in an outpatient environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
