Job Description Job Title: Customer Service Location: Byfield, MA Duration: 6 months+ • Receive and place telephone calls. • Perform data entry and use software programs. • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. • Must document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary. • Responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner. • Required to meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team; and identify and report trends in call drivers to management. • Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures. Qualifications • Flexibility to adapt to changing environment necessary. • Good organizational ability and attention to detail. • Excellent phone etiquette skills and ability to interact professionally with others. • Must maintain confidentiality on all patient health information. • Must be able to interrupt and execute all policies and procedures. • Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within pharmacy guidelines helpful. • Good typing skills and computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint). • Looking for quality, reliable candidates that will arrive to interviews and have no attendance issues. • MUST be able to work the Floating Schedule, so candidates should realize and be told they will have to work a week of 12:30p-9p each month (no exceptions will be made) In a one month period, they will work 2 weeks 9-5:30, 1 week 10:30-6, and 1 week 12:30-9.
