Customer Service Representative

Overview We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. If you’re a strong communicator who thrives in a busy, people-first environment, we want to hear from you. Key Duties Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries Schedule fuel deliveries and service calls Keep customer accounts up to date Inform customers about promotions like Budget and Pre-Buy Programs Process in-person and backup billing payments Help with general office tasks, including filing and preparing paperwork What You’ll Need Required High school diploma or GED 1–2 years of customer service experience Calm, professional demeanor with strong communication skills Willingness to work rotating Saturdays and extended hours during peak season Preferred Experience in the fuel industry Bilingual in English and Spanish Familiarity with Blue Cow and Ignite software Work Environment Office-based with frequent interruptions. Expect occasional visits from children and friendly office pets, including a quiet cat upstairs.
