Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient treatment, addressing all facets of a patient’s well-being.

• Provide immediate and effective virtual support to families experiencing acute crises, offering stabilization strategies and conflict resolution through online communication methods.

• Craft and execute comprehensive treatment plans derived from virtual assessments, routinely monitoring and adjusting them to track client progress and adapt as necessary.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, applying various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on diverse populations seeking help with mental health issues and substance use disorders. Our clients range from young adults facing transitional challenges to families confronting relationship dynamics and crisis situations. Your expertise in dealing with these vulnerable groups will enable you to develop tailored approaches that foster connection and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health or substance use disorder treatment is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
